Our goal at SAFER Training Inc. Fitness Academy is to improve the communities awareness of the importance of health and wellness to ones over all quality of life. Focusing on Domestic Violence prevention and Anti Bullying we help Empower those who feel powerless to defend themselves.

Founded in 2011, the company is located in Queens NY and reflects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the area. We have serviced Colleges and Elementry schools with fitness and self defense training classes.
